VRX is proud to help the NTTA with ongoing maintenance needs as the authority’s Maintenance Management Consultant (MMC). Mark joins the VRX team working on that contract. He brings over 35 years of highway design, construction, and maintenance experience with an emphasis on bridge design and construction along with national and international road safety expertise.
