VRX Asset and Facility Maintenance Managers play a vital role in establishing processes and procedures, and enforcing adherence to current design standards. They implement software for computerized maintenance management, providing LEED guidance, developing statements of work, and overseeing maintenance repair and operations. VRX staff members successfully manage all maintenance project activities, including condition assessment, space acquisition, construction contract procurement, construction document development, risk assessment, energy sustainability, and project commissioning and acceptance.
