Stephanie Manry, REP, GSP
Stephanie Manry, REP, GSP, has joined VRX as a Senior Environmental Planner and NEPA expert. She will manage civil and transportation environmental projects per the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
Stephanie has 13+ years of experience effectively managing the environmental aspects of projects from planning through construction. Her expertise also includes public involvement (PI).
Prior to joining VRX, Stephanie served as a TxDOT Environmental Project Manager and Team Lead, managing environmental documentation for over $100M annually in TxDOT construction projects while also performing and overseeing Environmental Assessments (EAs) for multiple high-profile corridors, including U.S. 82 and IH 35. She also managed, performed, reviewed, and approved EAs for district maintenance projects as well as local government projects. She successfully completed 200+ NEPA documents and PI activities for the TxDOT Wichita Falls District.
Stephanie is highly effective and exceedingly efficient at making streamlined decisions to ensure projects stay on schedule. She will use her project, people, and environmental management skills to support the successful implementation of various projects for VRX, our clients, and partners.
