Juan Bosquez, Jr., Ph.D., P.E.
VRX, Inc. is exceptionally pleased to welcome Juan Bosquez, Jr., Ph.D., P.E., to our company as a Senior Project Director managing CEI work. He has a stellar professional background, a wealth of transportation experience, and that can-do attitude that makes the VRX team so successful.
Juan has 24 years of transportation experience. Before joining VRX, Juan was the San Benito Area Engineer with TxDOT’s Pharr District, overseeing construction and maintenance operations for three counties. In addition, he previously managed design-build and bid-build projects for a consultant firm and a contractor.
Juan earned his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Geotechnical Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington. He currently lectures at The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley.
