VRX, Inc. Senior Environmental Scientist Cy Reichert has met all requirements of examination, education and experience to become certified as an Registered Environmental Manager (REM).
The REM certification is the highest professional/managerial level of distinction within the National Registry of Environmental Professionals (NREP). It is designated for professionals who possess the utmost skills/knowledge to coordinate and manage major environmental projects and programs. These include environmental auditing, comprehensive environmental compliance, hazardous materials management/transportation, and environmental real estate assessment.
The REM certification is recognized by federal/state agencies including, but not limited to, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Department of Energy, U.S. Forest Service, and the State of Texas. The NREP REM credential distinguishes individuals as being the most qualified personnel to perform tasks of protecting, preserving, and managing the environment.
