Academic Integrity and Secure Access
“VRX Institute prioritizes maintaining the highest standards of academic integrity in its online learning environment and has outlined a comprehensive policy to ensure consistent expectations for all learners. This policy emphasizes the importance of secure logins and passwords, prohibits the sharing of login credentials, and stresses the exclusivity of courses and exams to registered learners. Identity verification measures may be implemented to confirm learners’ identities, and maintaining academic honesty is paramount throughout the course. Any instances of cheating, plagiarism, or dishonest behavior will result in disciplinary action as outlined in the Academic Integrity Policy. Learners are encouraged to report suspected academic misconduct, and consequences may include failing grades, course suspension, or expulsion from the Institute. This policy reflects VRX Institute’s commitment to upholding academic integrity in its distance learning programs.”
Safeguarding Account Information and Credentials
“Sharing account credentials, including usernames and passwords, is strictly prohibited. Each user is responsible for safeguarding their account information and must not disclose or permit unauthorized access to their accounts. Any suspicious activity or potential security breaches should be reported immediately to the institute support team for prompt investigation. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in disciplinary action, including account suspension or termination, to uphold the overall security of our digital infrastructure. We appreciate the cooperation of all users in maintaining a secure and protected environment.”
Policy on Disclosure of Instructor’s Proprietary Interest
“It is the policy of VRX Institute to require instructors to disclose a proprietary interest in any product, instrument, device, or material discussed during VRX Institute training events, and to disclose the source of any third-party compensation related to the presentation. Instructors are required to disclose this information in the form of a verbal announcement at the beginning of each VRX Institute training course. Any inquiries about the policy and reports of violations are welcomed at the Director of the VRX Institute through the provided VRX institute support email address: vrxinstitutesupport@vrxglobal.com.”
