“This Privacy Policy explains how VRX, Inc. uses the personal information we collect from you when you access any of our training courses.

When you register for a VRX training course, we collect your name, email address,

employer name, city and state, and we ask you to confirm that you are at least 16 years old. We collect this information so that we can process your registration, determine the geographic locations and current positions of those taking our training courses, notify you about other courses being developed or offered by VRX, and prepare certificates of completion as appropriate. VRX generally retains this collected information for ten years. We do not share your data with third parties except in aggregated form with the Texas Workforce Commission.

VRX may use cookies, which are small text files based on your computer. We use the cookies to improve your experience, including to keep you signed in during a training course, understanding how you use our website, and to capture survey responses.

Release and Disclosure of Learner Records:

Limited access: Access to learner records is strictly limited to authorized personnel with a legitimate educational or administrative need. This includes VRX Institute staff directly involved in training delivery, support, and recordkeeping.

Consent: We will not disclose learner records to any third party (except in aggregated form with the Texas Workforce Commission) without their explicit written consent. This includes requests from potential employers, educational institutions, or government agencies.

Exceptions: Exceptions to the consent requirement exist only for situations mandated by law, such as court orders or subpoenas. In such cases, we will notify the learner immediately and provide available details.

Notification and Transparency:

Data collection notice: Upon enrollment and at the beginning of the learning event, learners receive a clear and concise notice explaining the types of data we collect, why we collect them, and how we use them. This notice includes contact information for questions or concerns regarding data privacy. All the students are required to sign and acknowledge the privacy policy document to be able to proceed with the course.

Access and correction: Learners have the right to access and review their records at any time. They can also request corrections or deletions, which will be processed promptly and in accordance with applicable regulations.

Breach communication: In the unlikely event of a data breach, we will notify affected learners promptly and transparently. We will provide clear information about the nature of the breach, the affected data, and the steps being taken to mitigate the harm and prevent future occurrences.
