VRX, Inc. is a subconsultant providing construction inspection — including structural inspection — services for the massive, ongoing TxDOT Houston U.S. 290 expansion project. Upon completion, U.S. 290 will have five lanes in each direction from Loop 610 to Texas 6 as well as four lanes in each direction from Texas 6 to Waller County. There will also be a bidirectional HOV or HOT lane from Loop 610 to the county line. The massive $1.8B construction project includes 13 different sections along 38 miles.
