This project involved the construction of cast-in-place and pre-cast wall panels and drilled shafts, as well as the installation of small and large signs, overhead sign structures and bridges. Project elements also included crash cushions, terminal anchor sections and safety end treatments, more than 20 miles of three-lane highway striping and installation of a metal beam guard fence.

VRX’s chief inspector supervised a four-person inspection team that oversaw the casting of pre-fabricated concrete panels and the erection of cast-in-place walls.
